Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Stayo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Fee Structure

Platform Fees

  • Service Fee: 10% of monthly rent
  • Listing Fee: 5% of monthly rent
  • Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent

Note: Promotional discounts and affiliate commissions apply only to platform fees, not to base rental amounts.

User Responsibilities

As a Guest, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking
  • Complete identity verification
  • Pay all fees and charges on time
  • Follow all property rules and guidelines
  • Report any issues promptly

As a Host, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate listing information
  • Complete identity verification
  • Maintain safe and clean spaces
  • Honor confirmed bookings
  • Follow local laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Harass or discriminate against others
  • Circumvent the platform's payment system
  • Create multiple accounts
  • Manipulate prices or fees
  • Abuse promotional codes or referral programs

Payments and Billing

Initial Payment

  • First month's rent
  • Security deposit
  • Platform fees

Monthly Payments

  • Automatic billing on the same day each month
  • Platform fees are non-refundable
  • Late payment fees may apply

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Security deposits are refundable subject to property condition
  • Platform fees are non-refundable
  • Cancellation policies apply as per our separate Cancellation Policy

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between users should first be addressed through our platform's dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
