Refund Schedule

Less than 3 days before check-in: 0% refund
Security Deposits
- Security deposits are held in escrow
- Refunds are processed according to the schedule above
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Original payment method will be refunded
Monthly Payments
- 30-day notice required for early termination
- Pro-rated refunds for unused days
- Service fees are non-refundable
- Automatic payments will be cancelled
Extenuating Circumstances
Our Extenuating Circumstances Policy may apply in rare cases, including:
- Natural disasters
- Medical emergencies
- Government travel restrictions
- Military deployment
Documentation may be required to verify extenuating circumstances.
Host Cancellations
If a host cancels a confirmed booking:
- Guest receives full refund
- Rebooking assistance provided
- Host may incur penalties
- Host's listing ranking may be affected
