Refund Schedule

  • 30+ days before check-in: 100% refund

  • 14+ days before check-in: 75% refund

  • 7+ days before check-in: 50% refund

  • 3+ days before check-in: 25% refund

  • Less than 3 days before check-in: 0% refund

Security Deposits

  • Security deposits are held in escrow
  • Refunds are processed according to the schedule above
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Original payment method will be refunded

Monthly Payments

  • 30-day notice required for early termination
  • Pro-rated refunds for unused days
  • Service fees are non-refundable
  • Automatic payments will be cancelled

Extenuating Circumstances

Our Extenuating Circumstances Policy may apply in rare cases, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Medical emergencies
  • Government travel restrictions
  • Military deployment

Documentation may be required to verify extenuating circumstances.

Host Cancellations

If a host cancels a confirmed booking:

  • Guest receives full refund
  • Rebooking assistance provided
  • Host may incur penalties
  • Host's listing ranking may be affected
